Refund Policy

• Ezee Bot operates on a subscription-based pricing model. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and usage limits associated with that plan. Please review plan details carefully before completing your purchase.

• All subscription fees paid to Ezee Bot are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Once a plan is activated, refunds are not provided for partial usage periods, unused credits, or early cancellations. Upgrading or downgrading a plan will adjust access to features and limits accordingly but does not qualify for a refund of previously paid amounts.

• In exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or technical issues caused directly by Ezee Bot that prevent access to the platform, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• EzeeBot reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or refund policies at any time. Any updates will be communicated within the platform. By continuing to use Ezee Bot after such updates, you agree to the revised Refund Policy.
